Power Hour
: A program that focuses on muscular strengthening and hypertrophy of the whole body. Learning exercise technique, performingexercises aimed at increasing load and high intensity exercises are the main contents in this program.
Sweat : Program based mainly on the aerobic process. With this program we increase our metabolism and achieve more fat burning. In the program there are mainly high intensity interval exercises, without high loads.
Pilates : By following Pilates programs you achieve : Muscle flexibility, Symmetrical posture, Breathing control, Stabilization of the abdominal control center, Stabilization of the spine, Stabilization and strengthening of the pelvic floor, Greater range of motion of the joints.
Yoga : By following Yoga programs you achieve : Enhanced neuroplasticity of the brain, Improved heart rate variability, Improved self-esteem and self-confidence, Better sleep and physical health, Muscular system toning, Stronger immune system, Treatment of chronic pain (e.g. neck pain, back pain).

Entertaining sport : Sports games are playful sporting activities involving various team games and sports. The benefits of sports, for children are : - They learn to play responsibly and respect the rules - They socialize and become friendlier - They learn to set goals and strive to achieve them - They fight childhood obesity - They become more relaxed and entertained - It makes them more agile and flexible - They become more leader and ambitious - They learn to claim victory for the good of the wholeThey are for children aged 5 to 12 years old.
