Gastronomy, aesthetics and quality were the main ingredients of an unmistakable recipe that led to the creation of the Chicken Restaurant of Ioannina in 2011 in Nea Moudania, Halkidiki. The owners tried with love and care to create a beautiful place, very friendly, with excellent service to offer quality and delicious dishes with chicken as a main ingredient. The raw materials used to create the dishes are carefully selected to ensure the quality offered. The chickens are sourced from Pindos, whose product quality is guaranteed by the total quality system according to ISO 22000. Other raw materials are sourced from local producers such as fresh vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, feta, wines and others. The goal of the restaurant owners is to continue to offer delicious food, combining nutrition & health with enjoyment, in a pleasant environment.
